Hi,
Is it possible to have slurm check the actual load on the node (CPU load
or free memory) and schedule jobs based on that information? I have a
few nodes that are used directly (without slurm) but I want slurm to
schedule jobs to them anyhow, if they are idle enough and have enough
free memory. This would mean that if a node is fully loaded (by a direct
job OR a slurm job) slurm should set the node as busy.
I want to use this to introduce slurm to my users, as a transition phase
of some sorts.
thanks
Gerben
