Couldn't find the specified plugin name for new select plugin type

Hello!

I have developed a new select plugin type --myselect-- and I am ready to test it.
I have followed the instructions in http://slurm.schedmd.com/add.html under "Adding a plugin to slurm". However, slurmd fails to start with the following message:


slurmd: error: Couldn't find the specified plugin name for select/myselect looking at all files

slurmd: error: cannot find select plugin for select/myselect

slurmd: fatal: Can't find plugin for select/myselect


Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Either the file wasn't installed or the "plugin_*" symbols weren't
defined (look in the other select plugins to see what those names are).
